Toei Kyoto Studio Park Tour

Kyoto is said to be the birth place of the Japanese movie, where the first film was watched in 1897. Later, one of the representing movie studios was also founded here in Kyoto more than 90 years ago and is still active. Like Japanese counterparts of John Waynes western or costume movies, Samurai movies such as Seven Samurai, The Unfettered Shogun, etc. are still loved by many Japanese. During the tour, Toei Kyoto Studio Park is also visited, and you might be able to encounter the shooting of samurai movies there. On the way to the studio park, you will ride on old street cars, which are still operating in the western part of Kyoto. After the tour, you can freely enjoy yourself inside the park.
